Ingredients

* 150 g dried pitted dates
* 1 garlic clove (optional)
* 300 g cream cheese, cut into pieces
* 200 g sour cream (18% fat)
* 2 tsp curry powder
* ¼–½ tsp salt
* 1–3 pinches ground cayenne pepper

Preparation

1. Place the dates and garlic into the mixing bowl and chop for 6–8 sec/speed 9. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl with the spatula.
2. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, curry powder, salt, and cayenne pepper, then mix for 10 sec/speed 4. Serve the curry date dip with vegetable sticks or grissini breadsticks as a snack.
